Crudo del Parco ham is named after the archaeological Park of Monte Pallano, the green mountain rising behind Tornareccio. It is made with selected legs of pigs which have been properly trimmed, salted and spiced and which have undergone necessary maturation. It is elongated in shape, the cut is uniform pinkish in colour and has fat on the edges. Ingredients: Pork, salt, pepper and natural flavouring. Preserving agent: E252 potassium nitrate. Shelf life and storage conditions: 240 days with packaging under vacuum. 360 days without packaging. It is recommended to store the product in a cool and dry place at 4° C, away from direct sunlight and with no foreign odours. [Price €/$ per kilo]
