Il millefiori di Walter Pace è biologico, raccolto nei prati e nei pascoli montani del Parco Nazionale della Majella. Chiaro, tra il giallino e il beige, cristallizzato e opaco ma fluido e cremoso, al naso e al palato esprime note fruttate che rimandano al miele di lupinella, leguminosa presente spesso nei millefiori, e a quello di ailanto grazie al preciso sentore di tè alla pesca, accompagnate da aromi floreali, selvatici e medicinali. Molto piacevole la consistenza con un bel sablé su una base morbida e vellutata.
