Trentingrana è un formaggio DOP con la montagna nel cuore. È un formaggio a pasta dura, prodotto esclusivamente con latte di allevamenti della Provincia di Trento.

Le mucche vengono alimentate con fieno e mangimi rigorosamente privi di OGM, ed è altresì vietato nella filiera l'introduzione di insilati.

Il tempo rende questo formaggio ancora più prezioso: Trentingrana Stagionato 30 Mesi è una produzione limitata ed esclusiva, solo dai caseifici del Trentino, caratterizzata da una speciale fragranza, un aroma unico e un gusto in perfetto equilibrio tra dolce e salato.
