DELIVERY TIME

Delivery is within 48-72 working hours (on weekdays and non-holidays). The variation is due to the different timelines proposed by the various couriers depending on the place of delivery.

Of course, there may be unforeseen events and delays that are beyond our control. 

Right of withdrawal - EU market

If you are a citizen of the European Union, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, that is, you can decide to return the item to the seller without having to give any reason, within 14 calendar days after delivery (or after delivery of the last item, in case of separate deliveries).

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be exercised with respect to any product purchased from zainoil.com except for:

sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection-related reasons and that have been opened after delivery or in the case of products that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other goods;

supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, the delivery of which may take place only after thirty days and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations that cannot be controlled by Zaino Rocco Srl;

To exercise the right of withdrawal

In case you need to return your items to us, please follow these steps:

Create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):

Log into your account and, on your account page, click on "Order History and Details."

Find the order with the product you wish to return, click on the "+" sign and then on Details.

Scroll down the page to the Product(s) in this order and check the item(s) you wish to return.

In the Return Goods section, click on Create an RMA submission.

On the next page select the number of parts you wish to return and provide an explanation for the return and click Create an RMA policy. Please give us up to 24 hours to review the RMA request. Once we review the request, we will update the status of the Return Merchandise ne your account. 

You can check the status of your return by logging into your account and clicking on Merchandise Returns .

Once your return has been accepted, the status will change to Pending Package. Only from this point will you be able to send the goods back to us.

Refund in case of withdrawal

If you purchase as a "consumer" and cancel within 14 days after delivery, you will be refunded the price paid for the item and the shipping costs related to the cheapest shipping method available at the time of your order. The cost of gift wrapping and other services associated with your order will not be refunded in the event of a withdrawal.

On the other hand, if you withdraw beyond the 14 calendar day period in accordance with the return policy, your return is not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on the reasons for your request.

If the returned items show damage or signs of wear and tear resulting from handling not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and operation of the items, the seller may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.

Please note that in the case of withdrawal, the costs of returning the item (e.g., shipping and packaging) are your responsibility.

Timing of the refund

The refund of the price of the item for which the withdrawal was exercised and, where applicable, the shipping costs, is made within 14 days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal. The seller may withhold the refund until you receive the item or until you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first.
