La Mortadella Nostrana vescica naturale è prodotta interamente da suini di allevamenti esclusivamente italiani ed attentamente selezionati. Il grasso di gola viene cubettato e lavorato prima di essere miscelato alle carni macinate al momento della lavorazione. L'impasto viene poi insaccato in vescica naturale, tipica delle lavorazioni artigianali, per garantire una migliore croccantezza e una migliore resa al taglio.
