Extra virgin olive oil of superior category obtained directly from olives of only Italian origin - cultivated, harvested and minced in Italy - and only by mechanical process. With a slightly sharper flavor, it owes its characteristic to the composition: 90% Gentile di Chieti and 10% Leccino.
